Leony

From her small Bavarian hometown to the world’s biggest stages—Leony has achieved what many only dream of. With over 30 gold and platinum certifications, more than a billion streams, and numerous awards, she is considered one of Germany’s most successful artists. Growing up in an era where technology is evolving faster than ever before, she began uploading cover versions of her favorite songs to YouTube at age 14, together with two friends from her neighborhood. The videos quickly gained significant attention. Shortly thereafter, the three were contacted by a talent scout from a German talent show. After participating in "Rising Star," Leony’s path led her through many songwriting sessions around the globe. She eventually ended up in Berlin, where she met Vitali Zestovskih in early 2019—a meeting that would change everything. With her singles “Faded Love” and “Remedy,” she topped the German airplay charts for eight weeks each. In 2022, Leony was nominated for an MTV EMA in the “Best German Act” category, as well as for the 1Live Krone in the categories “Best Female Artist,” “Best Song (Remedy),” and “Best Hip-Hop/R&B Song (Follow with Kontra K and Sido).” In addition, she served as a judge on the anniversary season of “Deutschland sucht den Superstar” in 2023 and collaborated with big names such as Alan Walker, Felix Jaehn, Kontra K, Sido, Joker Bra, Tokio Hotel, Dieter Bohlen, and many others. Leony seems to have a surefire knack for catchy tunes. After collaborating with One Republic and Meduza on the official song for the 2024 UEFA European Championship, she followed up just one year later with her second album, “Oldschool Love.”
