With Sundance, you're well protected from the festival sun wherever you go.
You can recognise the mobile dm sun protection teams throughout the grounds by their yellow Sundance back flags.
A small oasis of well-being where parents and babies can freshen up. On dm-FEST Sunday, HALLOHEBAMME will be offering advice here.

Bicycle parking - powered by BGV
Our partner BGV Badische Versicherungen ensures that you can park your bikes safely. A total of four large bicycle parking spaces are signposted.
E-bike charging station - powered by Stadtwerke Karlsruhe
In addition to our four large bicycle parking spaces, you can charge your e-bike easily and free of charge at two parking spaces.
EC card payment and ATM - powered by Sparkasse Karlsruhe
EC card payments are possible at all merchandise stands and drinks stands. In addition, two ATMs are available on the grounds for cash withdrawals.

Luggage storage - powered by Sparkasse Karlsruhe
You can conveniently leave your luggage free of charge at the Sparkasse locker truck. Please note that there are only a limited number of lockers available.
Relaxation thanks to chill-out lounges
Need some rest from the festival stress? Thanks to our media partner SWR3, you can relax and recover from the festival hustle and bustle in a chillout lounge. Another chillout lounge is located directly behind the field stage in the free area of DAS FEST.
SOS Islands and DRK Medical Center
Do you need help? Contact persons will be available at a total of eight SOS islands spread across the entire festival site. If you need medical help, you can also contact our DRK Medial Center directly.
