The Feldbühne kicks off Friday night with a hard and loud start: With rousing melodic hardcore sound and emotional lyrics, the Rastatt-based band In Schwerer See—featuring members from No Comply, Kaishakunin, and Strawberry Corn—breaks through the fatalistic babble that surrounds us. In Schwerer See’s debut EP, featuring three songs, was released in December 2024. Away from Live wrote: “... an absolute must for fans of Defeater, Have Heart, or Touché Amoré.” In addition to the fast beat and aggressive screams, distinct guitar tracks can also be heard, which places In Schwerer See’s music in the realm of melodic hardcore. For they have set out to seek reasons for hope in a seemingly bleak world.
