The concentrated power of rebellion from three twelve-year-old girls—that’s what Die staubigen Gummibärchen stand for. In their lyrics, they speak out against school stress, controlling adults, and annoying chores like homework. They write their own lyrics and music, demonstrating unfiltered what it means to be a child. Eager to experiment, their music moves somewhere between indie pop and electro-punk. In doing so, they’re rewriting the rules—after all, what do the old hands in show business have to tell them? With drums, guitar, electric piano, and vocals, the three show how to kick up dust on stages in the future. The Dusty Gummy Bears formed in July 2024 and have been rehearsing ever since at Bandbüchse, the band coaching project for FLINTA* at Kulturdose.
