Sister Rosa

Since 1991, the name Sister Rosa has been synonymous with handmade music and pure joy of playing. True to their timeless motto, “Just enjoy the groove”, two founding members have been joined in 2025 by four top-class new musicians. The result is a powerful live experience that not only plays classics from Toto and Earth, Wind & Fire to Mothers Finest, but breathes new life into them with passion. After two decades of silence, the Karlsruhe-based band Sister Rosa returns and transforms the café stage at the Fest am See into a buzzing arena of R&B, funk, soul and pop. “It feels as though we’ve never been away,” says frontman Alex Toderas happily.
