It also explains how and for what purpose this takes place.

Data collection and processing for access from the internet

The provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser then automatically transmits to us. These are:

- IP address of the requesting computer;
- date and time of access;
- name and URL of the retrieved data;
- transmitted data amount;
- notification of whether the retrieval was successful;
- data that allows for the identification of the browser and operating system used;
- website from which access takes place.

A merge of this data with other data sources does not occur.

The basis for data processing is Art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR, which allows the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

The internet pages partly use so-called cookies. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective, and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

The cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted after you visit our website.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the placement of cookies and can accept or reject cookies in individual cases, reject all cookies, or enable the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser.

Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions that you wish to use (e.g. the shopping cart function) are saved on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically flawless and optimised provision of its services.

If you send us enquiries via the contact form or via e-mail, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provided, will be stored in order to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not disclose this information without your consent.

The processing of the data entered into the contact form therefore exclusively takes place with your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal message via email suffices. The lawfulness of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The information provided by you in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage becomes inapplicable (e.g. after your request has been processed). Further data are not collected or only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for the delivery of the requested information and do not disclose it to third parties.

The processing of the data entered into the newsletter registration form takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. GDPR). You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data and email address provided by you for the distribution of the newsletter at any time. This can be done via the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter. The lawfulness of the already completed data processing operations remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data supplied to us for the purpose of obtaining the newsletter will be saved until you have cancelled your subscription of the newsletter and will be deleted thereafter. Data that have been stored by us for other purposes (such as e-mail addresses for membership registration) remain unaffected hereby.

The use of your personal data only takes place for the stated purposes and to the extent necessary to achieve these purposes. Disclosure to third parties does not take place. Personal data transmission to government agencies and authorities only takes place within the context of mandatory national law or where disclosure is required for law enforcement in the event of attacks on our network infrastructure. According to YouTube, this mode means that YouTube does not store any information about visitors to this website before they watch a video. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account. In addition, once you have started playing a video, YouTube can store various cookies on your device. These cookies enable YouTube to obtain information about visitors to this website. This information is used, among other things, to collect statistics on videos, improve user friendliness and prevent fraud. The cookies will remain stored on your device until you delete them. In some cases, once a YouTube video has started playing, additional data processing operations that we have no control over may be triggered. YouTube is used for the purpose of increasing the appeal of our website. This constitutes a legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. If appropriate consent has been requested, the data processing will be carried out exclusively on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR; you can revoke your consent at any time.
