FEST-Floor at DAS FEST 2026: For 25 years, Karlsruhe’s FEST-Floor has been putting the city’s club culture in the spotlight
As night slowly falls over the Günther-Klotz-Anlage, the bass beats pulse between the Europabad and the Europahalle, and the summer evening transforms into an open-air dance floor, it’s time once again for the FEST Floor at DAS FEST Karlsruhe. Since 2000, the stage for electronic music has been a fixture of the festival programme – and in 2026 it will once again showcase what has shaped Karlsruhe’s club culture for decades: musical diversity, creative networks and a scene that radiates far beyond the city limits.
The FEST-Floor is far more than just a stage for electronic music. For three evenings, a temporary open-air club springs up in the heart of the festival – a meeting place for electronic music, urban culture and summer nights. Whilst the main stage hosts the big concerts, another important part of DAS FEST comes to life here: the city’s often-overlooked club culture.
Like large parts of DAS FEST Karlsruhe, the FEST Floor is also free to access. Around 70 per cent of the entire festival programme can be enjoyed without a ticket – including the Kulturbühne, the Feldbühne, DAS FEST AM SEE, the Sparda-Sportpark and the children’s and culture area.
